Moving past basic 7th chords by adding rich, collegiate-level extensions. Students learn how to superimpose higher scale degrees (9s, 11s, 13s) over standard rhythm tracks, discovering which lower chord tones can be safely omitted to keep the voicing clean on a six-string instrument.
